Multifunctional prostration mat with non-slip underside, removable knee cushion and padding along the entire length. The silicone nubs on the underside give the mat a good grip even on smooth floors, so you won't slip around :-). Because the knee cushion is removable, the mat is washable at 30 °C. The bowing mat is suitable for people up to 186 cm tall. For smaller sizes, you can simply fold down the head end.
To use the prostration-mat as a sitting support, open the carrying belt on the side where the buckle is located to form a large loop and pull the other side of the belt together. Fold the mat so that one part becomes the backrest and one part becomes the cushion, step into the loop and place it around the mat and your knees or foot. In this way it becomes possible to stabilize and support one's back by the countertraction. The tension of the support can be adjusted by means of the buckle. This makes sitting in a confined space very comfortable.
